Whiteline is a Dubai-based wholesale fashion business serving retailers, buying teams and trade partners across the GCC and international markets. In this notice, “Whiteline”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Whiteline business operating this website.

2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may receive:
- Contact and enquiry details: your name, business or company, email address, phone number, country, message and preferred meeting details when you submit a form.
- Catalogue and quote activity: products or categories added to a quote bag, line-sheet requests, and the actions needed to respond to your buying enquiry.
- Communications: information you choose to share by email, WhatsApp, phone or online meeting request.
- Technical information: device, browser, approximate location, referral URL, pages visited and security or hosting logs, where those details are made available by the service used to operate the site.
- Admin information: authorised administrators may upload catalogue content, images and business materials. These records are used to operate the Whiteline site and are not intended for public submission.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through a catalogue or meeting form. We do not need health, biometric, financial-account or government-identification information to answer a wholesale enquiry.
3. How we use information

- share the right catalogue, line sheet, pricing conversation and next steps;
- reply to enquiries, WhatsApp messages and meeting requests;
- prepare appointments, buying meetings and trade-event follow-up;
- operate, secure, maintain and improve the catalogue and website;
- understand which collections and pages are useful, where measurement tools are enabled lawfully; and
- meet legal, regulatory, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We use it only for the purposes described here or for a purpose reasonably connected to those purposes.
4. Meta advertising and marketing tools
Meta Pixel, Conversions API and other Meta advertising tools are not currently connected to this website. If Whiteline activates them in the future, we will use this notice together with the relevant consent controls and update this page when needed.
When enabled, these tools may process information such as page views, button clicks, catalogue or quote interactions, browser and device information, approximate location and limited identifiers used for measurement or audience matching. Meta may use that information to measure campaigns, deliver or improve advertising, build permitted audiences, and help protect its services.
